Could Plamegate deaths evoke negligent homicide charges against Bush*? |
|
The number of persons who died because of outing Valerie Plame and Brewster Jennings is yet undisclosed, however, it is poignantly suggested there is a mortality count.
Could the president be liable for deaths he might have caused? What if it was to support his own personal wealth? Would he, should he have to present his case to a judge or jury?

He isn't considered to be connected to the exposing of Plame by Mr. Fitzgerald. That alone would make it unlikely he would be considered liable for any results of what happened to those around the globe connected to Brewster Jennings.

2. Why is this secret info. |
|
Just like the soldiers that are killed. No one may see them flown home, drapped with a flag.

4. Wouldn't it be nice if the MSM used: "possible yet undisclosed deaths" |
|
while reporting on the Plame leaks?
Might loosen the grip Bush has on its release.
