I happen to agree with him. Mark suggested non-partisan exit poll workers.

One election day, there are poll workers, poll watchers, exit poll takers, and lawyers. Each one of performs a different function for a different purpose.

Here's my concern: If we had non-partisan exit poll takers then how do we keep partisan lawyers away from them. The only solution I see is to hire lawyers to represent the poll takers. Therefore, the lawyers would need to be non-partisan too.

He is spot on about almost everything. The analogy with Jim Crow is perfect. This is why the newspapers almost all refuse to even entertain the idea of a fraudulent 04 election. It's social, mass hypnosis in a way. The same reason that people didn't say anything about segregation for so long. Everybody knew it was there, but you just shove it to the back of your mind and forget about it. You don't want to look at it for what it says about you and about your country. I can remember in high school having thoughts like that, reacting like that.

This is EXACTLY what's happening with the voting machines. You can't really blame people but you have to speak the truth every opportunity, every time you have to opening to do so. And as he says, you can call me a conspiracy theorist or anything else you like, but can you show me where the data are wrong? What facts would you dispute?
