DU, why give our opposition false CREDIBILITY?
Edited on Mon Apr-10-06 08:40 AM by blondeatlast
An opposition spokesperson posits a ridiculous argument concerning the value of a person, then I see that argument used against said spokesperson right here at DU.

Guess what? That bolsters said argument and offers it a degree of credibility.

Not to mention putting those that see said argument as ridiculous in the uncomfortable position of defending said spokesperson by deflecting that criticism off of them.

Don't play THEIR game.

We have our own and we don't need to cheat--or aid our opponents by playing their offense.

3. I saw that, I was going to respond to the OP prior to that.
then that dumbass post was put up & I decided to pass it up. I wanted no part of that once it became misogynist's delight. I was frankly shocked, but lately there have been quite a few threads that have been more than a little off-putting. I would like to think that most post without thinking before they click, I certainly have been guilty of that!

I am also stupid which accounts for the quality of many of my posts as well. But that is another topic entirely.

4. Locking....
This is continuing an argument from a locked
thread. This is a DU rule violation.
