The President of the United States is insane. There is no doubt.
Does not the Congress have the responsibility to protect this country and remove him from office?

3. Yes, I've always wondered what that meant.

Save it from what? Was there ever a rationale?

2. Proof of insanity:
Bush Calls Iran Talk 'Wild Speculation'
By NEDRA PICKLER, Associated Press Writer

"WASHINGTON -
President Bush said Monday that force is not necessarily required to stop
Iran from having a nuclear weapon, and he dismissed reports of plans for a military attack against Tehran as "wild speculation."

Bush said his goal is to keep the Iranians from having the capability or the knowledge to have a nuclear weapon.

"I know we're here in Washington (where) prevention means force," Bush said during an appearance at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. "It doesn't mean force necessarily. In this case it means diplomacy."

Uh, HELLO?! Who is it who made it a policy of his administration to use force in place of diplomacy?!

4. NO. Insanity removes moral culpability.
gw is NOT insane. He is evil, and is morally blameworthy for everything he has done.

Much more so are the 50-ish% of the electorate who voted for him.

5. What does the constitution say?
And at any rate, this particular congress would largely disagree with your assessment of his mental health.

6. Yes you would think. But then again look at how the courts just insane
They will put a mother on trial and have the death penalty as one of her possible sentences because even though the devil told her to kill her kids she knew enough to call the police so she knew the difference between right and wrong.

So if our laws are set up so as to consider her sane how are you going to get * out?

10. Reagan was clearly in....
at least the early stages of Alzheimer's during his last term. The press pretty much just pretended the king was wearing cloths. Even now, people don't talk about it.
