There was a movie released in the early 80's called "In God We Trust". Marty Feldman was a monk who ventured out into the world to raise money for his monestary. Andy Kaufman played a televangelist who wanted to use him for monetary and political gain.
Andy's preaching to the congregation and starts saying "We shall seek him! Hail him!" bit, moving his arm in and out and the congregation joins him, yelling "Seek!Hail! Seek!Hail!", doing the same arm movement.
