He was well spoken. Wolfie was (imho, I don't watch msm usually, so I don't know if this is his m.o.) quick to interrupt him, and Joe Wilson would always wait for Wolfie to finish interrupting him, then Wilson would finish his original thought before answering Wolfies interrupting question.

Here is how I see this whole situation.

1. Joe Wilson writes an anti yellowcake article for the NYT.
2. The NIE stated that there was no link between Niger and Iraq.
3. Bush secretly declassified one page of the NIE that supported his war (this part of the NIE was wrong - ALL admit this now).
4. On top of it all, they dragged his wife into the fray.
5. Wilson stated that both the white house AND the Senate KNEW that the call for war was on super shaky ground. The USA wanted to go to war with Iraq.

They showed a clip of snotty stating that "some" (strawmen) were accusing bush of lying and 'cherrypicking' data in order to go to war and that this description of w. was "highly inappropriate". Wilson smirked, and wolfie asked him why he was smirking. Wilson stated that Snotty was completely wrong and exactly what snotty said was highly inappropriate was actually what happened.

I've been trying to understand this situation, but DU'ers seem very defensive regarding this leak. Peace and low stress!
