I'll ask again: What is the status of the Phase II intel probe?
The one Harry Reid shut down the Senate over a few months back.

Has Pat Roberts deep-sixed this again?

6. As Congress is not now in session, nothing.
They come back on Jan 18th in the Senate, then maybe something.

3. We are not in control of either part of Congress until that happens
all that we can hope for is that Harry Reid will pull another "stunt" as Frist put it.

9. makes the most sense to me...
everything that comes out of DC is for the benefit of corporations and their spokespeople alone, and to the detriment of ordinairy citizens. Padlock the doors, and send all the reps home until an investigation can be completed of each and every member.

10. I don't know why the House and Senate even bother returning for work
It's not like the WH is going to adhere to the rules/laws that the legislator's make like. ie: FISA
