Would love to have an Alito bobble head to put on my dash. Another DUer once commented that he had attended the same high school as Alito and that he also ran awkward. He said he was strange but very smart.

... he didn't actually say that. It's just my take on what he said this morning about Alito 'bringing a lot of class to the court'.

Bush always speaks in that double-speak, such as: "I keep my promises, because I'm a promise-keeper," or, "I uphold the Constitution, because I'm a Constitution upholder."

I'm sure it's a trick his speech-writers use to help him memorize his lines: say it twice, so it'll stick.
