He's not above the law, just consitutionally exempt. He isn't above teh law, the law doesn't reach him. That's the way the constitution is written. Or its inherent. Or it's in the war powers act, or something.

So it's the law that sucks and has betrayed you, not Alito and Bush. You just didn't know you were living in a fascist state, and until Alito and Bush, nobody thought to tell you.
