Two Minutes With Michael Savage

In two excruciating and unfortunate minutes of listening to Michael Savage's radio show, I learned the following:

● The Duke lacrosse alleged rape victim is the "Durham Dirtbag" who lied about the rape to get out of a drunken/disorderly charge.
● The district attorney in the case, Mike Nifong, is a "thing" who is only moving forward to the case in order to appease the blacks who elected him.
● Illegal immigrants are not here to work, but rather to take advantage of our system and rape and murder Americans. That's why one-third of all U.S. inmates are illegal aliens.
● Howard Stern wears a wig because no Jew that age could ever have hair like that.
● Savage has always gotten higher ratings than Stern. In fact, he claims to have 12 million listeners.

All that in two minutes, and that's just the stuff I remember.

he is orgasmic about the possibility that gwb might just grow balls big enough to blow up Iran, and that if he did so the polls would turn around because ameriKa loves a "war" president.

New York City. He in the radio on a right wing AM station owned and managed by the same group that owns KGO where Bernie Ward and Ray Taliafero the "best of the west" liberals talk each week night.

You and I are entertained (and I am!), but I have a relative who thinks Savage is a real American who is incapable of lying.

She is not alone. And that kinda scares me.

This is the kind of person who gives life to the First Amendment and Freedom of Speech, two of our most cherished rights.

That said, I'd like to take a tire iron to his head. Repeatedly.

That's my version of symbolic free speech.

I find Savage extrememly amusing. Plus you have to give him credit for selling his bile to his groupies who call him praising him as the only right-thinking American out there.

It's almost as good as watching tent revivalists who praise God while raking in the dough. Con men.
