Can anybody in San Diego report what the heck is up with election returns?

Four of 455 precincts. The first and only returns anyone has been able to find from any online source quite a while after polls closed.

This is the 50th Congressional race, Francine Busby's race, to fill the Cunningham HR seat.

ON EDIT: Now 33 precincts reporting, Busby with 42%. Maybe the count will start coming in now.

3. I read that what you see on the web site are the early votes and

those mailed in. I believe I read that on the Calif State Du forum. I have no idea why it's taking so long to update anything though.
