If you listen to the C-SPAN callers re: Alito,

It seems that many other Americans are just as worried about Alito as many of us. It really didn't seem the same during Roberts. Even those who opposed him seemed to kind of like him. A lot of these people are damn near irate. Is it just me, or could a portion of America, at least, be waking up?

3. Jeff Toobin on CNN said that folks were distracted with Katrina when

Roberts went through. I don't remember that being the case...but maybe it was.

people were distracted. seeing people drown to death in their own feces while the preznit eats cake and strums guitar right on front of you on the tv can do that. hell, i was distracted.
