UK Govt hints at appeal in Hicks case
"A British court has upheld the decision granting British citizenship to David Hicks, the sole Australian still being held in the US military facility at Guantanamo Bay.

However, the British Government has indicated it will try to appeal against the latest decision."

(snip)

"This is the second time the Court of Appeal has decided David Hicks is entitled to a UK passport, because his mother is British."

The Howard Govt (in Boosh's back pocket) has done nothing for its citizen, and has already tried and convicted Hicks as a terra-ist.

His lawyer - US Marine Corps Major Michael Mori - has been fighting to get Hicks repatriated to Australia and has been highly critical of the US Govt over Hicks' detention.
