11. That's supposed to be Britney Spears??? |
|
From what I can see it looks well-sculpted, but the face looks nothing like Britney Spears.

5. This sculpture is beyond ridiculous. |
|
Especially since she didn't even come close to actually giving birth. She insisted on getting a C-Section a month early to avoid inflicting too much damage to her lucrative body.
I have no doubt that she has found herself on all fours on a bearskin may times before, but it sure as hell isn't for giving birth.

7. Has anyone actually confirmed that she was involved in this horror? |
|
She did not comission it or pose for it; so did she actually KNOW ANYTHING about this statue before it showed up in the papers?
All the articles I have seen seem to be SILENT on that point.
Personally, I suspect the sculptor is just an obsessive nut with a creepy Britney fixation.
Probably has a Britney "shrine" in his bedroom, knowhutImean?

9. No one has confirmed it and I think |
|
that no one said it was her idea. I was commenting on the sculpter, not the model. If I recall correctly, the guy did as a hommage to her for not getting an abortion or some other Fundie crap.

Although I do personnally believe that this sort of thing can't be all that good for the baby, I am not actually coming out against it. I'm making fun of the sculptor.
I'm also making fun of Britney, but for entirely different reasons.

16. Wow, wouldn't a C-section do MORE "damage" to her body... |
|
...It'll leave a big scar on her stomach. She won't be able to wear belly-exposing outfits in her concerts anymore, no?

First of all, the insicsion isn't all that big and scars like that are easy to cover with good plastic surgery, something Britney isn't a stranger to.
Second, the ninth month of pregnancy is where women's bodies go through the worst of it. They get stretch marks and the like. Women who depend on how they look (and some who don't) prefer scheduling a C-Section a month early to avoid all that. Some of them also do it to avoid damage to their vagina.
