we need to see those transcipts that even mentioned Denny Hastert among others.

Anyone who has info either commits suicide or is gagged orederd -- no wonder they cite national security--Bush's national security!

1. The highest court in the land has silenced her.
Who is above the highest court? I fear for her life.

2. I'm sure she has 'insurance'
She's no idiot - surely she has recorded video depositions and deposited them with trusted associates (in and out of the US) with instructions to release them in the event of her untimely demise. Come on, wouldn't you?

Probably why she's still alive.

3. I've often felt that the only way...
... her story is going to come out is if she finds a neutral country that won't extradite her and she sits down and writes her book. Don't think that's going to happen, though.

For the record, though, I don't think she mentioned Hastert's name--that was all the doing of the writer of the article for Vanity Fair. In fact, she said later that inclusion of that bit about Hastert and contributions from Turkey kind of got her in hot water with the Turkish press and she was more than a little upset by its inclusion in the article without her bringing up Hastert or the writer letting her see the final version.

Cheers.
