The Christian Coalition of AL... HELP! THEY LIE!

I just got a nice expensive full color mailer damning trial lawyers because they "are attacking Christian Values!"

On the back page of this four page mailer, they have the following disclaimer:

" The Christian coalition of Alabama is a 501 (c) (4) non-profit organization; we are non-partisan, do not endorse candidates but are issues driven..."

The first paragraph of their brochure reads:

Trial lawyers donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Democratic National Committee and their liberal agenda. Trial lawyers are the ones who were big contributors to politicians like Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton and also funded John Kerry's campaign in 2004 and Al Gore in 2000.

Kerry and Gore were funded exclusively by trial lawyers?????

These SOB's should not have tax exempt status! Anyone here know who I need to complain to?

Oh, yeah. They asked in a mass mailing to let them know how you feel. Their phone is 334-832-4688 and their website is www.ccbama.org .

1. Start with the IRS

Make sure you send a copy of the brochure in with your complaint.

Send a copy to the FEC.

Send a copy to the state election commissioner.

Send a copy to the ACLU (it never hurts).

For less than two buck's worth of stamps, you can raise a lot of hell over it.

Both are in Montgomery. Someone there might have some ideas or not like a smear campaign at all.

11. I got the same mailer last week TYJ. I have already contacted and

organization I have worked for in the past about this matter.

I have also done some investigation of my own and contacted ATLA which is mentioned in the brochure. There source for the ATLA info is from CNSnews.com and I went to the site (it's very right wing) but if you read the entire article, it casts a very different light on the entire matter of an ATLA handbook that says that it recommends striking "Christian" jurors because they can't be objective. Just like their lord & savior, *, they like to cherry-pick the information from an entire article and mold into fitting their agenda.

It burned me up also when I saw that they didn't even have to pay to mail this crap out and that is what it is - crap - because it is completely misleading.

We should also do some kind of letter writing campaign to the major newspapers. A good place to start to maybe get and editorial from an actual newspaper is the Anniston Star. They are a really great paper. The major newspaper where I live is up *'s ass.

Let me know what you find out as well.

15. And, the christian coalition of AL is so extreme that they even split

from the nationals who endorsed the tax increase here in AL. The AL organization worked very hard to get it defeated. It's sad when this group is even more extreme that the national organization.

12. Send a copy to John Edwards also...

He had the support of the trial lawyers in the 04 cycle; and he is a (very successful) trial lawyer, and a good, southern, christian, blue-collar guy. Who also wants to be Prez, maybe? But the point is, he is in a good position to respond. No wacked-out fundie constituents, and I would hope also open to a cause that he can get behind. If he didn't take it up publicly, he could certainly get it to the right people in the National Trial Lawyers Ass'n!

14. I was jailed in AL by a Judge name of BOSCH

according to her history she was put in office by the Christian Coalition AND a dirty trick by the local newspaper the night before the elections smearing the Democrat Family Judge, a HIT article put out by a local repig..

My Ex's lawyer was waving around my website in FAMILY COURT before this judge(who incidentally was a prosecutor pal of his, not to mention she's NOT MARRIED and has NO CHILDREN.. what kind of a Family Court Judge would you make if you have NO KIDS?) to make sure that the Judge KNEW I was a "commie pinko fag, long haired dope smoking, satanworshipping subhuman from evil California..

I had SIX lawyers there to represent me, and was sentenced with the following statement, "Mr Symbolman, I don't have any EVIDENCE that you committed any wrong here, but I just have a 'FEELING' that you did something BAD.." (Talked to my son about his pot use IN HIS MOTHER'S HOME 2500 miles away from my home, how he should be tested for pot, etc, etc..

Fought it all the way up to the AL Supremem Court, who refused to hear it, but the court one notch lower than that wrote a "legal" paper that used all of my EX's LIES as PROOF that I was bad, bad man.. one who only saw his kids once a year, and only if I took my ex to court for thousands of dollars..

My Ex meanwhile has a police recored inches thick, TWO DUIS within a WEEK, a third one she got out of since she didn't have the keys IN the car as she attempted to FILL UP THE TRUNK WITH GAS, then kicked an attendant who was telling her NOT to do that, she'd blow up the station. arrested, attacked the cops, got off.

Drove both my sons around so drunk that the oldest one got out and ran to a police station, while he was reporting this she ran off and hit and ran on TWO other cars with my youngest son IN THE CAR.

When I went into court they accepted her recordings of ten years of my personal conversations with my son, then REFUSED to accept a recording I'd made the night before where my younger son was frightened of his "step father" (LIVE IN BOYFRIEND) who had DRUG a 7 year old UP STAIRS by his leg.

Other lovely items in her police record included BITING another ex live in boyfriend TWICE IN THE SAME YEAR. A few Assault an batteries on the same guy.

My oldest son once had to tell the cops the SHE was the one who attacked the live in boyfriend so they took the cuffs off the man and put them on his mother and dragged her off to jail kicking and screaming in nightclothes (she refused to get dressed) while the kids watched.

I had ONE DUI in college in 1980 while in College and that was the full extent of my police records.

I'd love to have a million bucks and take this Judge to court for a variety of Civil Rights laws, but only if I could get the venue changed to NYC or somewhere civilized so they'd see the damage this person has done to me and my wife's bank account fighting these witches.

The eventual 21 days I did in their lovely jail, which has been compared to a South African Prison BY CONGRESS, caused a shitload of duress for me, especially since I have arthritis of the spine and was forced to lay in LOCKDOWN on a concrete floor without my medication - the guy that had been in the cell before me had DIED because they refused to give him INSULIN. SO I guess I LIVED, making me a lucky man.

But the best part was I was released as a Hurricane bore it's way DOWN ON THAT JAIL, escaping by a few hours from potentially drowning in a locked cell - like I told my wife, that's what they got for jailing an innocent man, and the next time I was going to send BOILS and LOCUSTS :)

I should write a book about that system down there, a complete scam. It's a cottage industry,there being no other jobs there, the whole city is layed out with the court house in the center of town surrounded by bail bondsmen, lawyers and jails. They got over 100 bucks a day for forcing us to watch Bob Villanova fix houses or nature films from the FEDS. They get you into their system, then KEEP you on probabtion so they can suck you dry and earn big money from the feds. TOTAL SCAM.

Any lawyers out there want to make a name for themselves, I'll be glad to give you the lowdown on how these scumbags scam both the govt and the people there and IMPORT them from other states with NO EVIDENCE.

16. Interesting. I work in the legal system here, but in the criminal courts.

You should deal with the system when a person's life (literally) is on the line. That's what I have to deal with and it is unbelievable.

Who did Bosch replace? Was this in Montgomery? Was it the judge that was accused of being a pedophile just because he had done a lot of charity work for some children's orgs? That was actually one of Karl Rove's earlier dirty deals. That's right, AL judicial elections were some of KKKarl's early demented work.

The prisons here are in such dire shape that most are at a capacity of 400%. There are inmates sleeping on mattresses on the floor, in 3-4 person cells. There is a place in North AL called Hamilton for the Aged & Infirmed where all of the old and sick inmates are taken, I have heard some of the most horrible things about that place. There have been some news articles written about it as well, but nobody cares because they are just a bunch of convicts. Many of the inmates have to take care of the sicker and more elderly inmates themselves. Many have held their fellow inmates while they died. Truly horrible!

Just so you know, there is only one Democrat in our entire higher court (very few on the bench at all). Sue Bell Cobb is the only Dem on the Appeals court and the entire Supreme Court is Repuke. Cobb is running for chief justice of the Supreme Court this year, but she has a couple of Repukes running against her...one is Tom Parker who was the lawyer that helped Roy Moore in his "plight" to keep his 5,280 lb. ten commandments statue in the AL Judiciary Bldg. He was elected in 2004 to the Supreme Court so now he is running for the chief justice spot. If Cobb loses this race, there will not be one Dem on any of the higher courts here in AL.

17. Can't recall the Judge she replaced

but she had been appointed by the Govenor and was a Democrat for what that was worth..(Narissa Nelson, someone almost fair) then they had an election and trashed her in the Mobile paper the night before the elections - Bosch was in Baldwin county, the most corrupt country in the USA in my opinion, that's where they used the template for stealing electronic voting systems, claimed that a lightning strike had changed 6500 votes overnight, when we all know that that is impossible.

The Original Dem Gov went to bed convinced he had won, in the middle of the night the Repigs kicked all the poll workers out, and media folks, all except fpr the core group of crooks who moved those votes for Govenor from one column to the other, no other votes were changed.

We interviewed the original Dem govenor about it and have it all on film. The DA refused to open the records and vote box unless they could prove that there was fraud, and of course unless they opened the box there was no way to prove it, nice circular legal (illegal) argument.

Her dad was rich as well, basically bought the office for her.

I was aware of Sue in the Supremem court and we hoped she would be the one to hear our case but it's a lotto and you get three judges on the SC in AL, so of course it's still three against one even IF you luck out and get one fair judge, but they'd refused to hear out case anyway. The ones that did rule in a lower court wrote a legal brief that looked like an 8th grader out to screw someone (me) had written it.

They really need to clean house down there, the Judicial Cannons are used to wipe their asses with, I could tell stories that's for sure.

I was thrown into lockdown along with MURDERS and the INSANE altho my case as a family court case, and I kept demanding that my lawyer and wife contact my Congressman over the recorded phone conversations in the jail and I think that made for their decision to move me into general population.

They even stole my medications which should be a felony but no one will go after them for that of course.

Lovely bunch of crooks.
