White Supremacist Sarin Trial
Yes, that’s right. Sarin. Feeling stupid because you haven’t heard of it? Don’t. Google Van Crocker, the defendant’s name, and choose from all TWO news results. Both from the same newspaper.

The Jackson Sun story will tell you about the sarin, way down in the body of the story. The headlines would lead you to believe the wayward Mr. Crocker envisioned blowing up some unidentified courthouse somewhere. Again, way down in the body of the story, almost in passing, it tosses in the fact that Mr. Crocker had a hankerin’ to detonate a nuclear bomb in Washington D.C. I did find a story from Knoxville’s Volunteer TV, heaven help those people because that story didn’t mention the sarin, chemical weapons, nuclear devices or Washington D.C. Talk about sanitized news.

According to the Global Security Newswire, Mr. Crocker began concocting his plan in 2004. He didn’t plan on doing anything right away, he wanted to wait 2-3 years. Uh huh, until we had a Democrat in office no doubt. “I’m not just a cold-hearted murderer. I’m in it for a purpose.” Part of that purpose was apparently the extermination of non-white races as he also had a plan to use “an ultralight airplane to disperse mustard gas and kill black people.

”Not to worry though, cuz Mr. Crocker says he isn’t “any al Qaeda”. No, just a Southern man with a cause. Yikes!!!

1. Ok, that's scary
Wonder if the NSA, FBI, or the military was following this guy around, as they did with other American terrorists like the Quakers, Food Not Bombs, or gay rights groups?

2. The FBI busted him
So yeah, they were. Thank goodness for that. As I wrote it though, I also wondered how they exactly found the guy in the first place. Not a whole lot of info on the case.

3. Cheezits!
Totally bizarre! An off-topic fyi, Carrol County, where McKenzie is located is a blue oasis in TN.

4. Could have happened anywhere really
He's the one that made the point about being "Southern". But there's kooks all over, that's for sure.
