Chimpy to Say "Eek, eek!!! Ook, ook" at FOUR Graduation Ceremonies
Bush to Speak at 4 Graduation Ceremonies

April 13,2006 | WASHINGTON -- President Bush will deliver commencement addresses at four colleges this year, including a community college hit by Hurricane Katrina.

The White House announced Thursday that Bush will speak May 6 at Oklahoma State University, May 11 at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, May 27 at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., and June 19 at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, which was attended by Bush's outgoing White House chief of staff, Andrew Card.

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College suffered tens of millions of dollars in damage and lost a quarter of its student enrollment after Katrina.

1. I find it hard to believe that there are students who actually want
him to speak at their commencement. Unless he's doing a speech titled, "Don't let what happened to me happen to you."

2. Wow. Get ready to be heartily booed, Bush.
The people I know in that age group want to wring his neck.

Perhaps Chancellor Ronald could award him with an honorary doctorate.

4. If I were a student, I'd have them mail me the diploma rather than
listen to a lying liar lie.

9. I'm intending to go to my graduation in December...
but if * was the speaker...I'd skip it. :puke:

Actually, it might be better to go and then walk out when he came up.

12. I hope he pants like a dog again. I wish he'd
do that at the College of Veternary Medicine at TAMU. What a thrill that would be: to see some very intelligent grads see that he has the communications skills of a horse. Let him try to talk about those "C" grades there, where you have to have a near perfect gpa to get in. (My OB wanted to be a vet. Couldn't get in.)
