But I do think the other links in your original post were legitimate, were they not?. They still had good information about the tribes that Abramhoff was dealing with. And I will fearlessly re ask the question I asked in that thread:

Why would any tribe (or anyone for that matter) pay fees for "lobbying" that were so outside the norm for such fees? Ignorance? Naivety? Fear? Intimidation? What is the answer to this question?
