Iran: Calculated Madness and Common Sense - Graphically Simplified
Iran: Calculated Madness and Common Sense

Found at FIREDOGLAKE From Fubar at Needlenose, who posted in 2004 a pair of simple graphics that explained the issue from Iran’s perspective, including this one (the flags represent U.S. military bases or overflight privileges):

So you can see why the powers that be in Tehran might be feeling a little paranoid these past few years, and why they might perhaps be interested in developing nuclear weapons as a deterrent. Another reason is demonstrated in this graphic:

Do you think Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei wants to end up like Saddam, or thrive happily like Kim Jong-il? It’s not a hard choice.

4. Right on!
This really cuts right through all the non-sense propaganda passed off "news" in the corporate media. The corporate media assumes that Americans are political suckers who couldn't understand or handle the truth....then they wonder why people are migrating to the internet and skipping the "TV news"!

6. Nice, except for the assumption they 'might' be interested in nukes.
They've said again and again and have proved to the IAEA inspectors that they have no interest in nuclear weapons.

Kim is allowed to exist because his country has nothing worth stealing.
