Bringing to light Harper's comments like telling the cons in the US they are an inspiration. And going on Fox news apologizing that we aren't in the war. But they just did that. I think it will kibosh those on the line who may have voted con... but now they have heard Harper's true adgenda.

10. Harper is Obviously a Canadian Neocon |
|
Don't be fooled, Canada! The neocons have just about destroyed America. Don't let them destroy Canada, too.

3. So do you think the Liberals will win? |
|
Them Conservatives seem pretty dull, all right, and Steven Harper is kinda like a robot. Luckily we get CBC here close to the border, or I'd wonder what the hell you were talking about, like Rick Mercer in "Talking to Americans", LOL.

6. What we really need is to get Steve Paikin out of the way.... |
|
....and let them have at it. Let two guys pair off at a time, the other two can't interrupt. Rotate it like this. Otherwise, this debate is really just a sequel to the first one. IMO.

And I agree, that jab made me raise my eyebrows. If there's one thing I've learned here in Canada, it's that Canadians don't like hearing they should be more like the US, or that the US is better. Of course, they should be and it is, but you guys don't seem to like that fact ;)
I think that damaged Harper, anyway. We shall see if it has any long-term impact.

12. Actually, Canada should not be more like the US. |

Their sanity offers quite the balance on the continent.

8. I loved watching the ad for the Marxist-Leninist Party of Canada.. |

on TV. They repeated it because they're likely not rich enough to afford an ad to fill up the entire time allotted. Great stuff, Canadian politics!

And how his (Harper's) family always conducted business under the Canadian flag....weak.
