7. How About A Tony Harris Fan Club...

Just like there are "admiration societies" for the worst movies or restaurant or hair-do, Tony takes the concept of abysmal and has turned it into a fine art. Methinks his "pearls of wisdom" should be archived for generations to come...as the man utters some of the most astounding things. :sarcasm:

8. He's my fave because

they USED to have LEON Harris who was a fine newsreader and had a personality. If you recall, the story went that he was a lighting stand in for Bernie Shaw and he read some of the copy so well that they elevated him from techie to on-air. That says something right there...but at least he had a brain and knew when to shut the hell up.

this guy is frightening. I'm almost afraid for him sometimes and the gal on with him keeps raising her eyebrow when he talks...she looks like she's either going to laugh or have a stroke at any minute b/c you can't guess what's coming out of his mouth next.

9. She's Not Any Better...

I always enjoyed Leon...yep, he paid the dues and worked his way up in the network...in the days when hard work and competence was actually rewarded. The elephant in the room here is that Harris isn't there for his qualifications or talent...he's a Afirmative Action hire...and an poor one at that. Right now there are hundreds of newspeople at local TV stations around the country and thousands working their way up in broadcast and journalism schools who have more talent and ability in their toenails than this loser.

The Betty "babe" (said with tons of :sarcasm:) has shown herself to be a latent wingnut...never missing a GOOP talking point. Then I see the ultimate moron...Rick Sanchez...working his "magic" today on the killer bear story.

BTW...I have yet to see anything about Iraq...guess it must be a wonderful day in Baghdad...
