HOW DO WE TAKE THREE MORE YEARS OF BUSH?
It is difficult and profoundly depressing to contemplate what Bush and
Rumsfeld will come up with in the almost three years they have left in
office. This president came to power as superpower, when the United
States dominated the world economically, morally and militarily. That
will not be true when he leaves. We have been diminished in almost
every way by this administration's ignorance and incompetence -- and
now we are going to do more of it by shouting ourselves hoarse in
response to fanatic loudmouths in Iran rather than letting them destroy
themselves with their own people.

1. Here's what you do -
turn off your TV. Take it out to the garage. That way, at least you will be spared any "Major speeches" and "new news" by that cretin. You will be spared his low-IQ demeanor and stuttering and fumbling. All gone.

Next, tell yourself, at least 20 times a day "I am a citizen of Borneo. We have no idea who Bush is".

I did both of these things and it's helped me retain my sanity.

7. It helps me getting through these absurd days.
No matter how stoned I get, it still seems like the rest of the world is on something much stronger.

I really find myself blown away every day when I see how absurd this country has become.

I mean when Jesus Christ on a trailer hitch actually makes an appearance you know you're living in some absurd times.

Time for a bongo my friend!!

4. We Should Be So Lucky
now we are going to do more of it by shouting ourselves hoarse in
response to fanatic loudmouths in Iran rather than letting them destroy
themselves with their own people.

There is no way Bush**ler will be satisified with a war of words.

The warped residents are far more likely to NUKE Iran and start World War III.
(and no, we will not have the opportunity to vote them out of office after
they do that. There will be no more elections once nukes start flying).

6. Hope we can do it before is time is up...and that would be for the
repug congress ans senate to joint together to rid ourselves of this malignancy on this country by making him resign. But unless things change drastically then we will be burden and hope we can render him useless.

8. Simple, after November we put a leash on Bush as new investigations
would be approved by the new house and senate members being Democrats

14. Watch "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report"
I watch regularly. If I am still sane by the time January 20, 2009, gets here, I will have Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to thank.

16. Some of us asked ourselves the same question when George McGovern
fell under the Nixon juggernaut in 1972.

A few months later, the first Watergate indictments began to appear.

By August of 74, Uncle Dick was doing his bye-bye-on-the-tarmac scene.

Let History decide. And meanwhile, we can volunteer and support blue candidates in our regions, cities, states, and lay some grassroots groundwork for 08.

We have 3 branches of the government to take over, and it's going to keep us busy.

18. we won't have to tolerate him in office anymore if The Switch gets
national attention. Considering that it incorporates the likes of SEINFELD, Jon Stewart, Forrest Gump, Jack Nicholson, Back to the Future and every body in the known political world, it could happen. The mother of a soldier in Iraq told me: "I was honored to have read it." If anyone would like an advance copy, email me at hail111mary@yahoo.com. It's predicated on the notion that, aside from those who are clinically insane, Bush supporters only exist due to being completely ill-informed, but if we could wave a magic wand and make them all cognizant of the facts, then his support would totally evaporate...and it doesn't take magic to communicate information--it requires taking back the podium.
