Renowned cyclist convicted of molestation wants probation release

SALINAS, Calif. (AP) - An internationally known cyclist convicted of child molestation charges is asking for an early release from his probation term for good behavior.

Fifty-one-year-old Jonathan Boyer of Seaside appeared in court yesterday to ask a judge to shave the last two years of probation from his sentence.

Boyer pleaded guilty to ten felony counts of child molestation in 2002. The victim -- an eleven-year-old girl -- said he molested her over a period of three years.

He was sentenced to one year in jail and five years of probation.

And all he got was a year in jail? He should shut his whining hole and be grateful he is not still in the pen.

It's pieces of shit like this that will forever make me pro-death penalty.

The son of a bitch sould have extra years tacked on to his sentence for having the nerve to expect brownie points for good behavior.

As if sex crimes against children were no worse than petty theft!
