I know this is trivial in the scope of things, but I'm having a hard time listening to asshat. Actually having a hard time for a while now. OK, since he was elected. Or before. Because of what he says, for sure, but I find that his voice itself grates on my nerves. Seriously, when I listen to him I get a mixtures of severe, untreatable nausea progressing to projectile vomiting, an irresistible urge to gouge my eyes out, loss of bowel control OR peristalsis shuts down entirely depending, is seems, on whether he's talking about how 9/11 changed everything (diarrhea) or how he gets his inspiration from God (constipation). My head swoons and quickly I approach a panic attack. I begin to wonder if this is how a schizophrenic feels as reality starts to detach itself from my mid-brain. My lungs aren't sure whether to hold onto what air it has or gasp for more. My kidneys give up trying to make urine and instead start a conversation with my liver over the relative merits of compassion vs. love, ultimately deciding the signals being received from a retreating consciousness deserve neither and go into a state of hibernation instead. Pathologists would spend a career deciding if my skeletal muscle spasms were do to epileptic seizures, accumulated toxins from non-functioning end-organs, or just plain old rebellion. Of one thing I am certain, however: If I don't get away from that voice, my heart would surly just explode.

at all times. If you want to watch for microexpressions (hilarious) or mannerisms (disturbing), you can hit the mute button.

I can't stand that high pitched whine with the fake Texas accent, either. I'd have trouble with it even if it weren't issuing from such a sack of shit.

I have a similar affliction: Bush-Induced-Tourette's. I begin swearing uncontrollably to drown out what I am certain, if I were to actually hear it, would amount to the "brown noise" of South Park fame.

I want to stab sharpened awls into both ears to make it stop whenever I'm unfortunate enough to neglect to start my swearing outburst in time.
