Reason for Gas prices spiking...Talk about Iran.
I heard this said earlier on an MSNBC report on the stock market in reference to oil being over 70 bucks a barrel. So the more Bush* rattles his sabre, the more money his cronies make, and the more we pay.

1. Higher here than I've ever seen
$3.20 for high test - everywhere.

Sonofabitch.

And no one's saying a word.

2. I'm amazed at the lack of response by those who make their livings
by their machines. i.e. the truckers...remember when the truckers stopped on the highways protesting high gas prices? This HAS to be killing them, but I guess they just pass those costs on to us and we go merrily on our ways.

3. Well, I'm watching prices for everything go up
I went grocery shopping this morning for the first time in a long time.

Appalling.

People are gonna go hungrier than they already are.

5. I just got back from a road trip, and while i was on the road I asked
the same question about truckers not being outraged about the price of fuel. While speaking with a friend in a neighboring state, he told me that truckers were getting some type of refund for fuel.

I haven't researched this yet, but it must be something because diesel fuel is very expensive. Anyway i was told this, if anyone knows about this refund please post it!

4. Or ethanol blending, or Iraq insurgents blowing up pipelines, or...
Any of the other dozen reasons the MSM is throwing at us.

But there is NO WAY it could be explained by the massive, record breaking profits being made by the big oil corporations. :sarcasm:
