He is saying how frightening Alito is because he is going to last a long time. Criminal administration - Bush.
The Republicans question Alito by first answering the question, then just flattering him. There are very serious questions raised by Kennedy.

My family and I went to an Italian restaurant Sunday for lunch and they had it on Stephonaphlus' (sp?) show in the front part of the restaurant and my Dad told me he was on there and he asked me if I liked Kennedy and of course I nodded excitedly and he asked me why I liked Kennedy and I didn't have just one good answer than so I just told something and now I know why I love Kennedy: he cares about everyone and my protection as an American citizen and he's someone you can ALWAYS count on. It's amazing how after all these years he's still a threat to conservatives.

decision-making powers into his own hands, three months before 9/11, and then was AWOL on 9/11, during the critical hour, after the planes hit the WTC, when the air space over our nation's capitol was UNDEFENDED for almost an hour, while a third plane headed back towards it. NORAD standard operating procedures were NOT implemented on that day and on that day only. Not even the first step of the SOP was done. (AF jet immediately goes to the side of the off course aircraft for visual contact; it may then intervene in some way, or accompany the plane to the ground, or shoot it down, depending on the situation and on orders.) Step #1 is to get there. They didn't do step #1. And when still don't know why.

10. Moret just mentioned how depleted uranium is being detected in England

She says they are detecting increases in background radiation at air monitoring facilities in England attributed to depleted uranium from the weapons used in the Middle East and the Balkans (it gets mixed into the atmosphere and distriubted worldwide and every time there is another war, the amount detected increases shortly afterwards). She says that Halliburton just got the contract to run these English air monitoring stations.

My own observation:
