It's clear this is an Imperial Presidency judge and he should not be able to cast the deciding vote on separation of powers.

Absolute rock-bottom minimum.

1. Yep, already sent my email to DiFi about that
It asked to delay the Alito hearings until the NSA wiretap issue is investigated.

3. Insist to who? Frist?
To the people? Who would you suggest "Democrats" insist to?

We do not set the agenda and most people do not know or care how the system works and how easily the miniority view can be ignored.

5. Politicians have better things to do than to listen to the people....
...that elected them. Who has the time when you have to do publicity stunts, then go to fund raisers, and then make sure you get your face on as many TV cameras as you can?
Who has time to do their job with a schedule like that?

7. AMEN TO THAT! If they spied on Kerry Campaign, which might have effected
the outcome of the election (READ: KERRY EVEN WON BY LARGER MARGINS THAT PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT), why should the fraudulently elected commander n' thief chose a second SC Justice?
