What Committee would hold hearings on oil price gouging?

I decided the best thing we can do right now is to demand the Senate and the House call the oil execs in for a hearing UNDER OATH and get some straight answers, because none of this BS makes any sense to ME!

I wanat to check to see if any of my Sens are on the Committee, but I can't decide which Committee it would be. Commerce?
