1. Excellent point. It's short and to the point.
Sometimes Dems get carried away with the details and try to explain everything.

Socialize the risk and privatize the profits...it's the Republican way of life.

3. It's also leaving their mess in the public square for others to clean up.
They leave it for the people they wouldn't want to "go on vacation with". :eyes:

5. the simplest and most obvious example are sports stadiums
governments bear most of the cost of building them,then team owners reap the profits and leave the town stuck with a white elephant.
