Ted Kennedy on the Daily Show
He's lost weight. He looks healthier than I have seen him in years. Just sayin'.

2. Yes, but he appeared nervous on TDS last night. Kept tapping his
fingers and hand.

8. seemed like that 2 me as well.
Was he afraid of Jon & the whole 'Daily Show' attitude? Jon is always nice to people he admires. Jon was cute when he made reference to his mother being impressed.

3. He was
awful on Larry King last night. Jeez he put me to sleep. I have never seen him so lethargic and non committal as last night.

He must have drank a bottle of cough medicine or something. King asked him if Rumsfeld was incompetent. Ted says no. .....ughhhh.

Christ, two generals said he was incompetent.

4. He had prepared patter
which he made sure to get out to pump his book - Jon couldn't really "interview" him and didn't seem to want to interrupt him. Ted seemed in a hurry to leave.

Otherwise - a great "get" for TDS ---

5. He did look great on the Daily Show.
Looked thinner and healther than I've seen him in a long time. I even caught a whisp of that Kennedy charm...
