speaking of the high price of gas....
....does anyone know anything about this?

http://ffllc.myextremeresearch.com/enviromax.asp

It's a gas additive that's supposed to improve your mileage. You use 1 oz to 5 gallons of gas and then after you've used 16 oz of it, you add 1 oz per 10 gallons.
It costs $37.95 for 2 (16 oz) bottles.

I was thinking of trying it. Even if it doesn't save any money, it would still be better than giving all of that money to Bush and his buddies!!

3. I heard... what was it, acetone? Something like that, you add a very
small amount, like 5ml per gallon or something, and supposed to boost mileage very significantly

(WARNING: don't try this at home until and unless you verify the chemical and the ratio!!)

5. Don't do it
Every mechanic who works for my brother - he owns a few automotive clinics here in the DC area - say it'll just cook your engine.

Don't.

8. thanks for the advice everyone!
That's why I wanted to see what someone else thought about it.

Their website says if it damages the engine they pay for the damage but that would be a pain to have to go through.
