I think someone is redirecting to Gore's real site. This is what I get when I do a search.

He's hired a former Congressional aide to help with his global warming campaign and issued a statement to the effect that he's at a point in his life where he can admit that he's done with politics and isn't going to run again for any office.

This site has been around for awhile.
If you go to the contact page it says

This sites heart is in the right place but it is not indicative of what Gore himself has or has not decided.

11. The best possible leader you can have is someone who doesn't want

the position. Someone who has been recruited and arm twisted, because the people need an individual like them in the job will do an infinitely better job than one who is after it for his own interests. Not saying that Al is necessarily that guy (I love him, I'm just a little gun shy -- there are issues), but I'd like to have someone who has the interests of Americans at heart rather than his corporate friends and religious imbeciles.
