Like the first pioneers...we are trying to use, in our countries, our unions and our companies (!), new communication tools & strategies to involve the young net-generation of workers.

FORUM ON "UNIONS AND NEW COMMUNICATION TOOLS", 11-07-2008 Milan, Italy
In only two weeks time, we are organising a 1 day lab for experts in communications, universities, journalists, trade unionists and net-activists....where we will look into social networking and interactive communication tools for workers. SUPPORT TO THE FIRST 2.0 TRADE UNIONISTS’ STRUGGLE
Last but not least: one of the IBM virtual protest organisers, Davide Barillari (also known as "Barillo Kohnke" in Second Life) will be removed from his international union activities as of June 30th…it’s quite clear his progressive thinking has something to do with this situation, although he’s been given no explanations so far as to why they want him out.
