LEBANON - The death of a Richland man following a fall Oct. 17 at the Triple M Farms warehouse on North Fifth Avenue is being investigated by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Leon Moser, 49, a maintenance foreman at the warehouse, was injured when he fell from a platform, according to Bryan Seal, OSHA's area director.

Moser was taken to Reading Hospital with his injuries, where he died Wednesday.

Seal said the investigation could take months to complete and said he could not provide further details.

Glen Musser, a partner in Triple M Farms, declined to comment.
