LAS VEGAS—A Las Vegas woman has been convicted of charges that she threatened to kill two National Labor Relations Board attorneys involved in a case against her company.

53-year-old Lori Irish awaits sentencing Feb. 20 after a jury convicted her late Thursday on charges that include threats against a federal employee, threats made in interstate commerce and witness tampering.

The NLRB contacted Irish after employees of her company, Advanced Architectural Metals Inc., filed complaints that she failed to bargain with the union as required under a collective bargaining agreement.

Employees say Irish had threatened to fire them if they communicated with the union.

Irish was accused of phoning two NLRB attorneys and threatening to harm and kill them.

The NLRB governs relations between unions and employers.
