November 28, 1891 - The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers was founded. Today, the IBEW represents approximately 750,000 members who work in a wide variety of fields, including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government

(When I was issued a locker at the plant, it had an IBEW sticker on it just like the logo above. There must have been a contractor that used it at one time. I just added an AFSCME sticker next to it. My Son in Law's Grandfather was a founding member of the Omaha local IBEW.)
