And for the good news! Union membership has gone up in the retired employees' division. Seems another 3,500 people joined this past quarter!

The "Retired Public Employees Association of California" (no chapter #). They have meetings every quarter where I live I believe. I've only made it to one of the meetings though being I'm not in the best of health. I made it to the Xmas meeting though and it was great news to learn that they are dumping CareMark as the mandatory mail order RX company. Luckily, I do not have to worry about enrolling in Medicare D being I have full prescription drug coverage which is due to my Union (CSEA - California State Employees Association - I am also a member of their retired annuitants union which is optional).
So, I'm in two actually.
If you count the ACLU that makes three. :) I count it!
Join the ACLU and fight the fight worth fighting! :D
