Economic Report:

Once the recession is over and workers feel secure the job market is steady a large number could be calling it quits. According to a recent study 60 percent of respondents said they plan to leave their current job due to how they’ve been treated during the economic downturn. Twenty one percent said they are thinking about moving on. Many workers that leave would be seeking new positions at company’s that respect the balance between work and a social life.

1. No doubt!!!
Our family can personally attest to this.

My husband took a 25 percent paycut and was forced to increase his workload--as staff was cut. The recession
gave companies an excuse to cut costs and to increase workloads. Some needed to do this to survive, but some
did this...because they could.

My husband has never been so stressed and his workload has never been so heavy.

Companies are taking advantage of workers and abusing them--and it's no wonder that many plan to quit if the economy
improves.
