Kucinich Wants Obama To Meet With Hugo Boss Workers
3:53 pm EST January 21, 2010

CLEVELAND -- Congressman Dennis Kucinich is urging President Barack Obama to meet with Hugo Boss workers.

Kucinich sent a letter to Obama, asking him to meet with both workers and representatives from the Hugo Boss plant in Cleveland.

Hugo Boss recently announced it would be closing the Cleveland plant, which will put roughly 400 people out of work. Most of these jobs would be moved overseas.

"Many of the workers that are scheduled to lose their jobs have substantial work histories at the plant, which Hugo Boss purchased in 1995. … I ask that you meet with Workers United and the workers of the Hugo Boss factory, so that they can share with you their experiences and to identify ways in which you may be able to be of assistance," said Kucinich in his letter.

5. Yes I did

I slept in late after working 3rd shirt last night. My 4 year old granddaughter came over to watch the lady huskers basketball game. Dinner out. Watching the movie Get Smart we got for Christmas. I don't have to work tomorrow. My son is taking me to see blind side. Then dinner out. Life is good.
