Terrorist attack on Moscow subway: unions respond

The international trade union movement has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks on the Moscow metro yesterday. The International Trade Union Confederation, representing 176 million workers, has condemned "those responsible for this outrage, and hope that those who orchestrated the attacks will be identified and brought to justice as soon as possible" as well as expressing condolences to the victims.
