"Locked out workers, Fellow Unions rally"
In a show of solidarity, dozens of Union membersgathered early Monday outside Quad-City Die Casting to support the members of United Electrical, or UE , Local 1174, who were locked out of their jobs nearly two weeks ago by the Moline employer".

And a mini rant. Being Locked out is not the same as being on strike. These people have offered to keep working under the terms of their old contract, but the company refuses to let them. And I also have little doubt that management is attempting to run the machinery inside the plant and I also have little doubt that they will hire scabs who will not be anywhere near as skilled as the locked out Union employees. So lets support our Union brothers and sisters who just want to keep working while a new contract is worked out.
