http://www.laborradio.org/node/14017 By Doug Cunningham Hundreds of SEIU resident caregivers at Piedmont Gardens in California rallied Thursday to protest the firings of 37 workers that the union says was fired illegally after a five day unfair labor practices strike. The workers were fired when they returned to work following the brief strike. The strike was over what SEIU says was management’s bad-faith bargaining.  |
