Coca-Cola workers striking in Washington state are going back to work. The nearly 500 workers have been on strike since August 24. Those benefits will be restored and prorated, but attorneys plan to follow through with a lawsuit alleging Coca-Cola violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
