1. Union Plus is, for the most part, good.

But there are a couple of really rough spots. The major one being the Union Plus credit card. Their terms and restrictions are (or at least look) better than the bank's but if you should default on a payment they will be very quick to sell off your account and, once it is settled with a collection agency, it has been known to be sold again and you have to fight like hell to show you paid it off and don't still owe it.

All the while being reported to the credit reporting agencies as seriously delinquent and keeping your credit rating from re-establishing itself.
