An NLRB election was held in Waukesha, Wisconsin this date, and by a majority of votes cast, PATCO has won the election.

Official certification by the NLRB will take place within (7) seven days.



Gary Indiana Air Traffic Controllers vote for PATCO

An NLRB election was held in Gary Indiana today , and by a majority of votes cast, PATCO has won the election.

The incumbent union received no votes at this election, and will no longer represent these controllers.

Official certification by the NLRB will take place within seven (7) days.

Three (2) other elections are scheduled for the week beginning September 10, 2007.
