In NJ they can't be "locked in" fire doors are not chained and guards are always present to prevent robberies and employee theft.
Target does more for communities than ALL of the other big box stores combined, and they are the ONLY shopping location (other than Costco) for those of us who will not set foot on WalMart property. They treat their employees with respect, and their customers too.
I don't think this is a "corporate" policy.
