I go back to work tomorrow on light duty

I've been recuperating from my shoulder surgery. I won't be posting near the info I have been. So I'll try to be more selective about what gets posted.

9. They didn't do the cuff

I did have two tears, both less than 40%. They cleaned up other problems. So my recovery is much faster than originally thought.

14. Do your Physical Therapy and Stretching!
Omaha Steve:

I had full-open rotator cuff surgery in December 2007. Big tear, full open, doc stitched it up. I did it playing tennis over a long period, then a fall onto grass. POW!

I'm four months out, physical therapy over. It still hurts when I lift stuff, but I had a good outcome. Still doing the stretching exercises.

Be careful what you pick up for awhile. I actually think using the computer mouse HELPS. Hope your outcome was as good as mine!

16. My father on law had that done - and he was able to play golf for
Many years afterwards.

These surgeries are a godsend.

11. I can't start training until....

I'm fully recovered. So it probably won't start for a couple months.
