As to the federal prosecutors across America in every state and who they prosecute and the corruption. See Alabama. Enough said.

As to the terrorist watch list. What do you want from these guys? They're busy listening to all our conversations in every form and there's a lot of cool sex stuff there (see Spitzer) and come on which would you rather do? Fix some list or listen for sex stuff?

3. The no fly list is possibly the worst idea ever.

An actual terrorist would have the rescources to create a false identity with a name that is NOT on the list. Therefore the list has ZERO effectiveness when it comes to screening against an actual threat.

A law abiding citizen who happens to have a name that may be similar to an alias thought to be used once by someone mildly suspected of being linked to etc etc etc... is screwed for life?

Add in the fact that it takes up to 4 months before the powers that be actually put dangerous people on this list, and you have a receipe for idiocy.

Because of the complete ineffectiveness of this list, it has become obvious that the only real objective is to slowly acclimate our citizens to life in a police state.
