How Much Is Too Much?

On the five-year anniversary of the Iraq War, we need to ask the question: How much more are Americans willing to pay for President Bush’s war in Iraq?

1. This is a great argument, but

we are borrowing from China to finance this war. Would we borrow from China to provide health care, jobs, newer schools, etc to Americans?

No matter who we Democrats support for President, I believe with all my heart we are together in the sadness and horror of this war and our rejection of the Iraq war from its incept, on humanitarian, moral and ethical grounds apart from and completely more important than the cost in dollars, the cost in terms of life is a crime.

And I agree with the poster who said "we" but who meant this Right-Wing, Republican administration would never borrow to do any of the life-affirming things that we the people and the children need.
